The tank should buy WoW gold immediately and attempt to gain aggro after the switch of cheap WoW gold, as all DPS ceases until he has control WoW Gold Buying. O'mrogg cannot be taunted and high aggro moves of WoW Gold Money will pull him off his target on Buying WoW Gold. Warriors who need to buy WoW gold can stack Sunder Armor, druid bears can use Lacerate. Druid moonkin can easily pull him off a healer with a large Starfire crit and given their high armor purchased with cheap WoW gold can take the abuse from him long enough to either wait for him change targets on Buying WoW Gold or let the tank re-establish aggro.

Tank him in the middle of the arena of WoW Gold that he starts in. Be care of the guards for WoW Gold Money in the hallway nearby, and the possible Shattered Hand Assassin near the far edge of the arena. You can typically buy WoW gold and clear this Assassin from the outer edge of World of Warcraft Gold, prior to engaging O'mrogg.

His highest burst damage on WoW Gold output is from his Burning Weapon purchased with cheap WoW gold and Blast Wave combination of WoW Gold Buying. When his weapon glows red to buy WoW gold, it will hit the target on World of Warcraft Gold as fire damage for up to 1000. Immediately following Buying WoW Gold, he will strike the target on World of Warcraft Gold and AoE Blast Wave for up to 3200 fire damage on cheap WoW gold. Usually after he does a Blast Wave he will do another after only a few seconds of WoW Gold Buying. Fire resistance gear and consumables are helpful to buy WoW gold.

He will periodically AoE fear to buy WoW gold. Tremor Totem, Fear Ward, or Will of the Forsaken, are all helpful. "Stance dancing" is rather difficult to buy WoW gold, as it does not appear that his fear is timed or announced. He will temporarily shift focus on Buying WoW Gold to anyone not feared, so if you do not have a method of making the tank immune to fear Buying WoW Gold, it may be wise to make sure everyone is in range to be feared.
